Chapter 5, Lord of the flies

EVERYBODY ANSWER-

Why is an assembly called?
Nobody was following the rules, Ralph was really upset.

What concerns are brought up?
Jack did not follow his job keeping the fire, the people were using restrooms outside the hut, and nobody helped build the shelter. It was ludicrous.

How do you feel about those concerns?
They would actually make me a bit angry also, people disobeying the rules. If you had a chance to be rescued and somebody ruins it by disobeying it, with other people disobeying your rules also, it's irritating.

How are things breaking up (falling apart)?
Jack thinks he can do whatever he wants, so he storms off in the assembly with people that look up to him. So that splits almost everybody with people fighting with each other, such as Jack beating up Piggy.

Why do you think the littluns cry in their sleep?
The beastie. Many reports of the beastie chasing the people, and nightmares about it.

What was Percival Wemys Madison afraid of?
The beastie, he was terrified when he saw it, some kind of shape as a giant snake.

What do you think is “the dirtiest thing there is” about human nature?
There are various dirty things about human nature, but if you want my opinion. It's people fighting each other for no apparent reason and could get it over with and get something else done.

IF YOU ARE JACK

1. I hate Ralph because he thinks he controls every single one of us, I can speak whenever I want and do anything whenever I want. He's not the boss, I am.
